As a global market leader with many departments spread far and wide, we’ve always seen ourselves as a family. We are proud of our sense of unity, loyalty and making our working relations as open, honest and as much fun as possible. As an international business specialising in consumer products sold through innovative video marketing, we lead the way. But we do it together, as a team, and that’s what matters to us.

Our Purpose is making ‘everyday easier’ for our customers whilst having fun building a globally successful company

Our people are our greatest strength. We have over 240 team members split equally between our Tyne Dock Contact & Fulfilment Centre, Field Sales Team and Chiswick Headquarters. All of us are passionate about our products, from development and design to sales and service. Whether you’re working on inbound sales, field sales, customer service, accounts, supply chain, IT, human resources, product development, packaging design, sales & marketing or film production, you’ll soon see how we value every link in the chain to keep it strong.

Great perks are core to our company culture

Making “everyday easier” is our mission, but not just for our customers. We think it should apply to our team too, which is why we offer one of the most competitive benefits packages in the industry. Including a very generous pension, life assurance, flexitime, BUPA private medical care, regular social ‘takeovers’, EAP, season ticket loans, substantial staff discounts and even our infamous ‘Tea Trolley’.

Although there are too many individual benefits to list here, we always put the emphasis on work/life balance and individual quality of life, so we’re always listening and improving our package. We have regular forums and accessible HR systems which allow us to listen to the business and ensure we create the ideal environment for innovation and a happy workforce.

Lots of departments – one big team

Design, film production, product development, sales, marketing, customer services, logistics, distribution, IT, accountancy, and more, all in-house under one banner. Our passion to keep every aspect in-house has allowed us to be dynamic in areas that others cannot.

Having so much expertise under one roof helps nurture new ideas and innovations that would otherwise have no voice. Unique products require a unique approach, and nothing else helps a product tell its story better than an open working environment.

No boundaries, no ceilings

JML has been operating successfully for a long-time by hiring the best expertise from multiple fields. We’ve worked hard to create a culture that fosters the career progression for each individual, with structured development paths created to cultivate one’s strengths. One that gives each employee the forum to voice their ideas and feedback.
We understand the responsibilities and commitments that each role demands, but we also encourage those that wish to branch out and try something new.

JML only grows when our team flourishes.
