JML has remained operational throughout the Covid-19 crisis. Our Direct to Consumer business has experienced a very large increase in volume of orders and we are working extremely hard to deliver our products to shoppers quickly and efficiently. We are also doing our very best to maintain our full after sales support service despite the challenging environment. We continue to deliver to our corporate clients although demand from retailers has been impacted due to store closures and restrictions within those that remain open.

Our number one priority is the safety of all our staff and customers. We therefore implemented strict hygiene and social distancing measures in our South Shields warehouse from early in March. The vast majority of our staff normally based from our Chiswick headquarters have been working from their homes.
